Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's room situation was quite misleading as the online pictures did not match the actual room I was assigned, which was in need of an upgrade. However, there are nicer rooms in a newer section that guests are not informed about upon check-in. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the spaciousness was a highlight, especially after dealing with an unpleasant odor for four days. The service was friendly but lacked tourist information. The location, though convenient for Lautoka town, didn't offer much appeal compared to other areas. The evening sea wall access and sunset views were lovely. The dining experience could use more variety, especially in terms of breakfast. The hotel's facilities were adequate but didn't surpass expectations.
Although the room cost more than expected for the level of comfort and cleanliness, the hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The location was excellent, offering beautiful views and close proximity to my workplace. However, the service provided was inconsistent and at times disappointing.
The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the waterfront, making it convenient for both business and leisure. The rooms, although not as represented online, are clean and comfortable. The service, while not as refined as experienced in Samoa, was still helpful and considerate. The dining options could use improvement, but being close to downtown Lautoka offers alternative choices. Overall, a good choice for those seeking a convenient stay with friendly staff.
The hotel room I was placed in was a huge letdown. It looked nothing like the pictures online – total misrepresentation. Despite it being clean, the room was only serviced once even though we signaled for housekeeping. On the bright side, the staff were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond my expectations.
The hotel promised higher quality rooms but fell short. The cleanliness and comfort were notable, along with the spaciousness and great air conditioning. However, the aging fixtures and separate laundry payment were drawbacks after check-in.
